What does White Label Advisory cost?

White Label Advisory is free for clients. There are no placement fees, no success fees, and no setup costs. The margin is built into the day-rate of the placed consultancy — market rates apply and are transparent up front. Consultancies pay only on a success basis after a successful mandate.

Who pays what?

Client (company)
€0

No placement fee, no success fee, no setup cost. You only pay the agreed day-rate of the selected consultancy.

Consultancy (provider)
Success-based

A percentage of realised project revenue, built into the day-rate. No setup cost, no listing fee, no minimum revenue.

What do clients pay?

Zero. Clients pay nothing for the placement itself — no placement fee, no success fee, no setup or onboarding cost. You pay only the agreed day-rate of the selected consultancy, invoiced by that consultancy (or by White Label Advisory as general contractor, depending on the contract path). There are no hidden mark-ups.

How does White Label Advisory earn money?

Consultancies pay on a success basis — a percentage of realised project revenue, already built into the day-rate. In return, consultancies get access to pre-qualified project briefs without bearing the sales costs of acquisition, RFP handling and contract negotiation. For clients, that means day-rates equal market level — no placement mark-up.

Are day-rates more expensive via White Label Advisory than direct?

No. Because the margin is built into the day-rate, clients pay no mark-up versus direct engagement. In fact, comparability across three offers with pricing known up front often produces better pricing than bilateral negotiation.

What does onboarding cost for consultancies?

Onboarding is free for consultancies. You go through an audit (references, track record, industry tags) and are admitted to the network on successful match. The success-based fee applies only after a successful project closing.

Pricing FAQs

Are there hidden costs or mark-ups?
No. Clients pay only the day-rate agreed with the selected consultancy up front. Travel and tooling surcharges — if any — are listed by the consultancy itself and are part of the regular offer.
What happens if I terminate the project early?
You pay only for consultant days actually delivered up to the termination date, under the agreed notice period. There are no termination fees or minimum-volume clauses from White Label Advisory.
Can I negotiate day-rates?
Yes, directly with the consultancy. White Label Advisory provides three comparable offers; the final day-rate negotiation runs between you and the selected consultancy as usual.
How long from brief to first offer?
Typically 48 hours. For complex mandates with regulatory review (BaFin, MDR, GxP), up to 5 business days.
Is there a minimum project size?
We place mandates from approximately €25,000 in project volume. For smaller needs (single consultants, workshops) freelancer marketplaces are usually the more efficient option.
